Messina Wildlife Management, the manufacturer of the STOPPER line of products, warrants that all STOPPER products conform to their chemical description and are reasonably fit for the purpose stated on the labels only when used in accordance with all label directions under normal conditions of use. Since timing, precise use, method of application, weather and ground conditions, mixture with other chemicals and other factors affecting the use of this product are beyond our control, no warranty is given concerning the use of this product contrary to label directions, or under conditions which are abnormal or not reasonably foreseeable.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of any STOPPER product, send unused portion of purchased product within 30 days of purchase along with the original receipt for a full refund or product replacement. Contact us and we will provide you with instructions on where and how to return your item for a full product refund. Product guarantee is limited to one bottle per household.
Messina Wildlife Management makes no other warranties either express of implied warranties including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use.
Handling, storage and use of this product by Buyer or User are beyond the control of Messina Wildlife Management and Seller. Risks such as ineffectiveness or other directions will be assumed by the Buyer or User.
In no case will Messina Wildlife Management or Seller be held liable for consequential, special or indirect damages resulting from the handling, storage or use of this product, nor held responsible for injury or loss as a result of the handling or use of this product.
